Before I downloaded a task killer, the bettery was lucky to last 2-3 hours. Then I got the task killer and tinkered with other settings and I'm lucky to get 6-7 hours, not even doing anything; no browsing, texting, talking, etc. This is just standby time. Love the device itself, but phone is going back today. Will never buy another motorola phone again (had same issues with razer a few years ago). Having to have a charger on you 24/7 completely outweighs the fact that this is a good phone.

battery is beyond bad
